Queenstown Developer turns down the big players - 28th Oct 2015

Queenstown Developer turns down the big players Southland developer Gerry Oudhoff and partner James Hennessy purchased the Q Box Motorpark in Queenstown earlier this year with the intention to convert the motor park into a 32 property affordable development.

The article on the Stuffs website mentions Gerry Oudhoff who owns Beach Road Holiday Park near Invercargill, and refers to Gerry as the "Southern good bugger" as he chose to turn down the multi million dollar offers from the big players to move forward with his development of 1,2,3 bedroom properties that are 70% aimed at first home buyers, 30% investors.

This article certainly gives a feel good factor to this development and the future of Queenstown locals.  Great read to start the day, investors can still make money while contributing to the community.  Click here to read the full article
